22 Acres and a Mule

Magic gave birth to a mule! (Magic is one of our neighbors horses that grazes on our pasture). According to the neighbors, Magic had been in a pasture with a donkey for two months before they bought her and Lady, their other mare. We knew she was pregnant and due any time, but I was still floored when I came home from work today to find a baby mule in the front yard:)

Oh yeah, our super-cool neighbors also got a new puppy:)
