We had intended to go camping this weekend in an effort to hike at a state park we hadn’t been to before, but the weather isn’t really cooperating today. I’m loathe to complain about finally getting some rain though, so we’ll probably just try again next weekend instead.
To hold me over, here is a really neat stop-motion video chronicling the “Green Tunnel- A six month journey along the 2,200 mile long Appalachian Trail, condensed and reinterpreted into five minutes of stop-motion. ” I doubt I’ll ever try to through-hike the entire AT (what an impressive feat for those that succeed), but I definitely want to hike more of it. So far I’ve done about 5 miles, so there’s plenty left to explore:)
